Project Description

2007 Expansion Joint Repairs.

In Mid January 2007 Albatech Building Restoration Inc. started 3181 Bayview Avenue Interior Expansion Joint Repair Program as a part of common area renovation to the building.

The building located at 3181 Bayview Avenue in Toronto is 10-storey high-rise residential building.

This rehabilitation program involves installation of expansion joints in all of the building corridors:

• Removal of concrete, existing hardware and glands from the floor slabs;
• Preparation of the “ block-outs”;
• Installation of LPF 100 Watson Bowman Acme floor expansion joints;
• Installation of EWH 200 Watson Bowman Acme wall covers plates.
