Building Envelope Repairs

In March 2007 Albatech Building Restoration Inc. started Building Envelope Repair Program at 2330 Bridgetowne Circle, Scarborough, ON
The Building at 2330 Bridgetowne Circle is a high-rise residential precast building.
The project will be performed in two years.

This project involves:

• Concrete repairs to structural & precast vertical surfaces.
• Total removal and replacement of caulking and glazing material.
• Repairs of delaminated architectural stucco finishes.
• Installation of new architectural coating to all precast concrete surfaces.
• Painting of all metal surfaces.
• Replacement of all existing vent louvers and vent flaps.
• Application of thin waterproofing system to all balcony slabs.
• Replacement of sealed window units.
